WHO WILL BE AWARDED AS MANAGER OF THE YEAR 2011?
The award Manager of the year is one of the most prestigious awards
in management, traditionally awarded by the Managers' Association of Slovenia
on Autumn Conference ever since 1991, now becoming Management Congress.
The one with the widest response both in the management lines as well as in
public is the fact that the award Manager of the year is granted to its most
successful colleagues by the managers themselves based on the thorough and
professional analysis and a serious assessment of their achievements.
About the selection
The award is granted via public tender applied by successful managers.
The Commission for selecting the Manager of the year in their evaluation leans
on the above-mentioned professional analysis, which is carefully and thoroughly
prepared for each individual candidate by the company CRMT based on a
comprehensive questionnaire. The following below listed criteria is crucial
for the analysis:
- who has the best financial results,
- who makes the most demanding and complex improvements,
- who is the one to provide best care for the future of the company,
- who has the best leading and managerial competences.
